We send out tracking numbers within 24-48 hours after the item has shipped, to the email address you registered with. Additionally, if your item has shipped you can login to the Rewards Portal to see the status of your Reward, view the tracking number, and click on the link associated with your order, as shown below:
You may be registered for separate shipments including the 2017 Baby Roshan, 2018 Aegis, and or the 2018 Baby Roshan. These should all show up as individual orders in the Rewards Portal, since they will be shipping at different times.
Please note: Orders will start to ship in October. If the Rewards Portal shows that your item has not yet shipped or you cannot login, your item has not shipped! Please be patient as we manufacture and distribute the rewards as quickly as we can.
