If your tracking number shows that there was an exception or delivery failure, please immediately contact your Federal post office directly to resolve the issue as soon as possible. Most of the time this occurs because part of the address or contact information you provided was wrong and the carrier cannot correct it themselves to deliver the Reward.
Please reach out to your local federal carrier to resolve the problem as quickly as possible, contacting CMD for such changes will only delay the shipment and will most likely cause it to be sent back.
