The carrier may be returning the reward to the shipper because they were unable to locate your address, tried multiple times to deliver the product, were unable to contact you, or you rejected to pay duties and taxes associated with the shipment (where applicable).
If this occurs, a repeat shipment will be sent out while supplies last, but will be at the end of the campaign after all recipients have received a reward. If you see something wrong with your order, please correct it or call the carrier as soon as possible!
