Why is The Carrier Asking for Payment?

All shipping costs have already been paid to the carrier. Although we try very hard to ship the rewards so that all taxes and costs associated with the reward are already paid, depending on the country in which you reside, there may still be taxes or duties required upon receiving your package. 

Recipients are responsible for paying their countries associated duties or taxes in order to receive the Reward from the carrier.
