Simply login to the Rewards Portal using your Steam account. Once logged in you will be able to choose which order you would like to change and edit the information yourself as shown below. You will only be able to update your information until the order is shipped, so please update it as soon as possible.
**Please Note: If you have qualified for the 2018 Battle Pass Reward but are unable to login to the portal, please be patient. We are continuing to upload a small amount of users to the portal. If you are unable to login after October 20th, please contact us directly by using the "I am registered but cannot login" option through the support widget.**
If you have qualified for the 2018 or 2017 Baby Roshan, you will have multiple orders in your account.
Please choose the order you would like to change the address for by clicking on the order:
On the right hand side of your shipping address and contact information, there is a white square icon for you to edit your order. Just click on it to begin editing:
Submit your order and you will receive an email confirming the address/contact information change.
Please note: Addresses must be submitted in Roman characters without diacritics. Unfortunately the shipping companies we use require this and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
