Unfortunately we are unable to redirect a shipment once it has shipped. If your Reward is en route to an incorrect address, please use the Support Widget on the Rewards Portal and choose the "My Reward was delivered to a wrong / old address" option and we can determine if we can ship another one.
Please note that all reshipments will be sent once everyone has been shipped an initial reward. Due to manufacturing restraints, we want to make sure everyone has the opportunity to receive one reward before another Aegis is shipped, so all replacements will be shipped at the end of the campaign.
