If you are registered for the 2018 Battle Pass Reward, please follow the instructions below to view your information. If you are still unable to login, please contact support.
Simply login to the Rewards Portal using your Steam account. Once logged in you will be able to choose which order you would like to change and edit the information yourself as shown below. You will only be able to update your information until the order is shipped, after that the reward is on its way and your address is unable to be edited. You can see the shipping timeline for each batch of orders here.
**Please Note: If you are editing your address our system cannot take Diacritics or Accents, only Roman characters**
Click on the "Sign in Through Steam" icon in the middle of the page to access your Steam account.
Once prompted, enter your Steam ID and password to login to the portal.
If you have qualified for the 2018 or 2017 Baby Roshan, you will have multiple orders in your account.
Please choose the order you would like to change the address for by clicking on the order. There is a white editing icon on the top right of your contact information to click on.
Once clicked, the portal will let you edit your contact and shipping information directly for each reward.
Submit your order and you will receive an email confirming the address/contact information change.
Please note: Addresses must be submitted in Roman characters without diacritics. Unfortunately the shipping companies we use require this and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
