Although we don't anticipate changing batch numbers, your batch number may change based on extreme circumstances:
- We manufactured more / fewer Rewards for this Batch than originally intended and you have been moved to another batch number. Although we know it may be frustrating if your batch number increases, we would much rather send you a pristine reward - which means having the manufacturer make you another one versus sending out one thats defect.
- We may switch batches around, shipping to some countries rather than others due to a change in logistics plans.
- Your address has changed and it is no longer valid. This has happened frequently as auto-fill will add a different zip code or address line from the one you intended- please double check all address changes!
