To see if your Reward has shipped, please login to the Rewards Portal using your Steam Credentials. For help with logging in, please refer to the Login Instructions in our FAQ.
Once logged in you will be able to view all orders associated with your account. If an order status says "Awaiting Shipment" then it has not shipped yet. If the order says "Shipped" then the order has been handed over to the carrier and tracking information will be available to view, simply click on the order
Clicking on the order will show you all of the associated order details for your Reward including which Reward was shipped, when it was shipped, and the associated tracking number:
If you would like to view the location of your package, simply click on the Blue Tracking Number link for it to direct you your Reward's tracking details page:
