We send out tracking numbers within 24-48 hours after the item has shipped, to the email address you registered with. Additionally, if your item has shipped you can login to the Rewards Portal to see the status of your Reward, view the tracking number, and click on the link associated with your order.
You may be registered for separate shipments according to each Battle Pass. These should all show up as individual orders in the Rewards Portal, since they will, or have, shipped at different times.
