We are shipping all replacements at the end of the campaign. The reason for this is:
- We want to make sure everyone who registered for a reward is shipped one before shipping out a replacement
- Most of the time parcels are held up in customs or are simply delayed rather than being lost. By sending all replacements at the end of the campaign we give the carriers the most amount of time possible to still send your reward.
- The majority of the time when a package is not delivered, it is due to a bad address. Shipping all replacements at the end of the campaign allows ample time for recipients to edit or change their addresses for the reshipment.
