Your tracking information may not have updated for a few reasons:
- Your carrier may have missed a scan when picking up the item from our warehouse. Please allow 72 hours for tracking to activate before lodging an inquiry. Most of the time the tracking link updates within this time frame, so please be patient!
- The carrier missed a scan when handling the item off to your local postal carrier. This happens a lot in some countries where the local postal service does not handle a high volume of parcel shipments. The vast majority of time this does not affect the delivery of the shipment.
- In some countries tracking stops once the shipment enters into the country, as the federal postal system does not provide further tracking. If this is the case, the last tracking checkpoint should involve entering your country and there will be no further update.
- If your tracking information has not updated 40 days after shipping then please contact us and we will determine if sending a replacement is necessary.
Please Note: The Universal Postal Union recommends providing international postal carriers 40 days to deliver packages, especially during the holiday season where parcels are typically delayed. If you contact us before this timeframe, unfortunately we will wait until the full 40 days have passed to send a reshipment.
